Key Responsibilities- Assess and reassess patients to identify their individual needs and develop a plan of care that addresses their unique requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan that promotes optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
- IV Certified or obtained within 6 months, highly preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
