Job Summary

The Fitness Equation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Fitness Director to join our team. As a key member of our fitness department, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a team of skilled Personal Trainers and Customer Service Associates to deliver exceptional fitness experiences to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our members.
  • Lead and manage a team of Personal Trainers and Customer Service Associates to ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote fitness programs and services.
  • Monitor and analyze fitness program metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness management.
  • Active CPR/AED certification.
  • Nationally accredited personal training certification or college degree in exercise science.
