Job Summary
Data Entry/Admin is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from source documents into our computer database, files, and forms. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
- Transcribe information into the required electronic format
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
- Print information when required
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Ability to type 40 WPM (words per minute)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in grammar and spelling
