Job Summary:

Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a Labor and Delivery position in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds.
