About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) procedures using advanced technology to produce high-resolution images. Your expertise will help radiologists diagnose a wide range of medical conditions, from cancers to vascular diseases.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient information and scan details.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to improve imaging quality and patient satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a radiology department or equivalent.
  • Certifications: ARRT registry (RT) and IDNS license required; CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computerized tomography systems.
