About Us: Midtown Table is part of the Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts Restaurant Group, which encompasses seven unique dining establishments across five distinct brands. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment filled with positive and enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting, measuring, mixing, and baking a variety of recipes from scratch, including sourdough, French baguettes, and pasta.
- Maintaining high sanitation standards for food preparation and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring all necessary ingredients are readily available.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in artisan bread baking.
- Expertise in producing naturally leavened breads.
- Ability to follow recipes with precision.
- Proficient in operating commercial baking equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Capability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
