About the Role:

As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and applying high-quality eyelash extensions to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure a positive and relaxing experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply eyelash extensions to clients using high-quality products and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • State license in esthetics or cosmetology
  • Ability to learn and apply new lash and eye area techniques
  • Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor and attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
