Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Utilize product knowledge to demonstrate merchandise effectively.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, payment policies, and security measures.
  • Maintain personal sales metrics while encouraging Team performance.
  • Provide outstanding service across key areas: sales floor, fitting rooms, and register.
  • Educate Guests on exchange and return procedures, turning these interactions into opportunities for engagement.
Team Development and Leadership
  • Identify recruitment opportunities and assist in onboarding new Teammates.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork.
  • Lead by example in personal presentation and customer service.
  • Encourage Teammates to achieve daily operational goals.
Visual Merchandising
  • Oversee product presentation and ensure adherence to visual standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of product placement and inventory.
  • Communicate merchandising opportunities to management.
Operational Excellence
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Follow all operational procedures, including loss prevention protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail experience preferred. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various physical tasks throughout the store.

Work Environment

The Retail Floor Supervisor operates in a retail setting with a moderate noise level.
