CNC Machinist Specialist

KRONES, INC. is a leading system supplier for breweries and beverage producers, as well as for the food, chemical, and cosmetics industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic organization in the US.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced CNC Machinist to work in our Lathe Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setup and programming of Mazak Integrex and 3-axis lathe machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex machine operations, including setup, programming, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and program Mazak Integrex and 3-axis lathe machines
• Perform quality inspections and ensure precision tolerances and finishing requirements
• Read and edit G&M code
• Work with detailed and involved part drawings and specifications
• Run different grades of material and perform multiple set-ups per day
• Be flexible and run more than one machine

Requirements:

• High school diploma; advanced education or apprenticeship preferred
• 5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex or 3-axis lathe setup and programming experience required
• Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge preferred
• Strong math skills
