Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Baker II to join our dynamic team at Route 66 Casino Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing food products to proper specifications and maintaining cleanliness in and around the bakeshop area. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our guests receive high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food products according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including all equipment and supplies.
  • Notify the Pastry Chef when stock runs low to ensure smooth production.
  • Prepare pans for baking and load/unload ovens as needed.
  • Fulfill various pastry, dessert, confection, and bread requests for casino restaurant outlets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • One-year relevant work experience as a baker in a fast-paced and high-volume bakery or restaurant.
  • Certification from a culinary school is a plus.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
