**Job Summary:**

As a Sales Associate at Wesco, you will play a vital role in delivering a rewarding customer experience. You will be responsible for performing various tasks with the safety of associates and customers in mind, adhering to company policies, and representing the Wesco brand to customers and associates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
* Perform all tasks with safety as the top priority
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Merchandise and replace stock

**Requirements:**

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Ability to work in extreme temperatures
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Reliable transportation
* Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
