**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Stormwater Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Water Resources Engineering Division, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments, inspections, and monitoring of construction, municipal, and industrial sites. You will also prepare technical reports, identify and document potential stormwater issues, and support the development and implementation of stormwater pollution prevention plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct routine site assessments, inspections, and monitoring of construction, municipal, and industrial sites.
  • Prepare technical reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify, assess, and document potential stormwater issues during field activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWP3s), stormwater quality control plans (SWQCPs), and spill prevention control and countermeasure plans (SPCCs).
  • Assist in preparing necessary permits from regulatory agencies for stormwater-related activities.
  • Conduct stormwater construction inspections for various clients, including Department of Transportation (DOT) projects and private development projects, to ensure compliance with plans and specifications and verify proper implementation of stormwater best management practices (BMPs).

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, environmental policy, chemistry, biology, geology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of stormwater or environmental-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain insurability under the company travel policy.
  • CESSWI, CISEC, or CPESC certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training.
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Training.
