Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Order inventory based on sales, dealership in-house computer system, and/or vendor system.
- Paperwork and Compliance: Handle all paperwork and turn it into the Central Office in a timely manner.
- Sales Monitoring: Monitor all sales and control all expenses.
- Employee Management: Properly manage all departmental employees and facility.
- Department Maintenance: Ensure the department is clean and organized.
- Education: High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Skills: Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Apply principles of fractional systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Personal Qualities: Strong mental aptitude, strong verbal communication skills, strong personal initiative, ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle, ability to operate hand and power tools safely, ability to use a computer and 10-key calculator.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, bending, stooping, squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, pushing/pulling, grasping/gripping, writing/typing, finger dexterity, driving/operating equipment, and vision (beyond arm's length). Able to lift/carry 1-75lbs.
- The employee will work indoors and outdoors in an auto shop environment.
- Will be frequently rotating equipment, vehicles, elevators, lifts, tow-lines, etc.
- Will be exposed to fumes, chemicals, solvents, caustics, etc.
- Will be exposed to extreme temperatures.
