About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at HHB Restaurant Recruiting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their restaurant career and take on new challenges.

As a leader in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating a memorable customer experience.

  • You will own the responsibilities for the restaurant staff in daily tasks, training, and developing them into assets of your team.
  • Use creativity and communication to build a loyal customer base, and increase sales.
  • You will also be responsible for typical restaurant manager duties including creating a safe working environment for your employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service and quality food.
  • Build a loyal customer base through creative marketing and communication strategies.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Develop a strong team culture that promotes employee growth and development.
  • Create a memorable customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Show success in previous positions.
  • Be physically fit and able to walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Thriving in a quick-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training.
  • Stable work history.
