Join Our Team

We are excited to invite you to become a part of our dedicated autism treatment team, providing essential behavior therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for evening hours, specifically from 4pm to 8pm, with availability for at least three days a week.

Our Behavioral Therapists deliver therapy grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental challenges in a home, clinic, and school environment.

Your role will involve implementing behavior modification strategies through one-on-one therapy, collecting data electronically, assisting with parent training, and collaborating with other team members to provide invaluable support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Execute individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Collect data to assess the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Assist the BCBA in training families on implementing treatment plans.
  • Engage in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC.
Qualifications Required:
  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible full-time and part-time schedules
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:

- Registered Behavior Technician Certification

- At least one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges

- Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field

- At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric populations

- Experience in ABA
