Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners with minimal supervision, using independent judgment to determine the quality of radiographs and compliance with established protocols.
  • Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by producing diagnostic CT scans of various organs and structures of the human body.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Participate in continuing education activities to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, minimum required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Completion of JRCERT-approved program in Radiologic Technology or an Associate of Science Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and have successfully completed and passed the CT registry.
  • Valid Ohio radiologic license and current CPR certification by the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of equivalent experience in a CT or radiologic technologist role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
