Porter Job Description

At Three Rivers Casino Resort, we are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests upon arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting and Escorting: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns guests may have, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Room Maintenance: Ensure the lobby area remains clean and tidy, and address any room-related issues promptly.
  • Additional Services: Deliver extra amenities and provide guests with information on promotions and room availability.
Work Environment:

This role may involve exposure to secondhand smoke and requires working in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, carry, reach, twist, bend, and squat.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must comply with alcohol and drug testing.
  • Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:

$16.25 per hour.
