Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong mix of hospitality skills, knowledge of beverages, and attention to detail. As a Mixologist and Hospitality Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
  • Producing the needed beverages for the service well.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
  • Keeping an accurate spill through the shift.
  • Collecting customer payments and providing change in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist.
  • General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
  • Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
