About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sephora Beauty Consultant to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through your expertise in beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their beauty needs and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of top beauty brands and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  • Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of merchandise sets and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohls guidelines.
  • Support inventory management, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for beauty and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous client-facing experience in retail or a related field.
  • Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
