We're looking for a reliable and friendly Cookie Courier Specialist to join our team at Insomnia Cookies. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for delivering our delicious cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.

About the Role:

As a Cookie Courier Specialist, your main responsibility will be to check orders for quality and accuracy before delivering them to customers. You'll also need to provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction. This may involve using our delivery app to navigate to customers' locations and ensuring that all orders are delivered on time.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent time management and organizational skills. You should also have a valid driver's license, own car, and valid registration and insurance. Additionally, you'll need to pass a motor vehicles background check and have a smartphone with data plan. Legally eligible to work in the United States is a must, and you must be at least 18 years old.
