Job Summary:

The Urology Technician plays a vital role in the clinic team, ensuring seamless patient flow and providing assistance where needed. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-load patient charts with relevant information to facilitate efficient patient visits.
  • Room patients, take vital signs, and update medical history as necessary.
  • Assist with basic patient needs, including blood draws and urinalysis when required.
  • Maintain exam rooms, instruments, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Coordinate with the physician and nursing team to ensure timely patient flow and effective communication.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling patients and maintaining records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Medical Assistant or CNA certification required or 5 years' experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

This position involves potential exposure to infectious diseases. Colleagues are offered appropriate vaccinations and safety training.
