CW Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Lead to join our team. As a Janitorial Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of custodial staff and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train custodial staff to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance services
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
- Minimum 2 years of custodial experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
