Job Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions.
- Manage medications and provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
- Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through ongoing education and professional development.
- Must be a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
- Active license in the State of Florida or in the process of obtaining one.
- Candidates in the final year of their residency may also apply.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to $300.
- Additional compensation as a collaborating physician (optional).
- Group malpractice insurance.
- Flexibility to determine working hours as an independent contractor.
- Offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
- Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
- Option to work fully (100%) remotely if a collaborating physician.
