Overview

Select Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic care, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping individuals achieve their goals.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our New Caney clinic. As an Outpatient Orthopedic Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating, treating, and directing patients towards optimal recovery and well-being.

Compensation Package

The compensation package for this position includes a highly competitive salary, starting at $74,000/year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on experience.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a $20,000 bonus and a Student Debt Benefit Program, designed to alleviate the financial burden of student debt.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
  • Direct and document treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and family members.
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution.
  • Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
