Job Overview:

The Nursing Department at Avera McKennan adheres to high Standards of Care, requiring all nurses to deliver competent nursing services and maintain professionalism in their role as an LPN.

Each nurse is accountable for their actions and the outcomes of patient care during their shifts.

Qualifications:
Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is highly preferred. Graduation from an approved nursing program is acceptable. A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Must hold a valid LPN license in the State of South Dakota and/or comply with Multi-state licensure requirements.

Work Schedule:
Varied Shifts; 48 hours over 2 weeks.

Compensation:
