Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Claims Investigator to join our team at Command Investigations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into commercial and personal lines claims.
• Take in-person recorded statements and scene photos.
• Write detailed, comprehensive reports.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Meet strict deadlines for assignments.

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial or personal lines investigations.
• Strong investigative skills, including interviewing and report writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• A valid driver's license.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
