At District 37 Kitchen & Taphouse, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, including cleaning, running food, and bussing tables.
  • Support catering orders, including delivery when applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding guests through their experience, taking orders, and reviewing orders for accuracy.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed.
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy kegs and boxes.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Continuously bend, reach, twist, and use your hands and arms.
  • Able to lift 80 pounds at a time.
