Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lead Supervisor to guide our workforce and subcontractors towards achieving project goals effectively. In this role, you will assist our construction firm in organizing and overseeing all new builds and renovation projects for residential clients. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering high-quality results and enjoy managing projects from inception to completion by utilizing their extensive knowledge of the construction sector.

Compensation:

$25/hr +

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess performance objectives and timelines to guarantee that the construction workflow aligns with the project manager's strategy and subcontractor schedules.
  • Incorporate client input throughout the construction phase and support the crew in implementing change orders.
  • Engage in discussions regarding project expenses with clients and assist the project manager in outlining daily operational tasks.
  • Follow the project manager's guidance and undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team.
  • Procure necessary project tools and materials, ensuring timely reordering when supplies run low.
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Physically fit to operate heavy machinery and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction field and the complete building process, including knowledge of building regulations, architectural plans, permits, construction tools, material procurement, construction methodologies, and project management principles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
