About the RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering care to clients as delegated by our regional director of clinical operations, senior case manager, or case manager. You will assess client needs, implement a plan of care, and maintain a safe and effective care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
- Assess client needs and implement a plan of care

- Evaluate client response to interventions
- Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practice
