Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan for direct patient care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Obtain and document complete medical histories and vital signs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Monitor radiology and laboratory procedures, ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols.
- Supervise clinical staff, working closely with the Practice Manager and Director of Clinics to achieve team goals.
- Educate and in-service other clinical staff on JCAHO preparation and current best practices.
- Current Missouri LPN License
- BLS Certification
