The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring aerospace components and fasteners. This role involves analyzing data to assess the viability of purchasing decisions and establishing pricing objectives. Staying informed on market trends and manufacturing processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with suppliers to evaluate their operations and identify factors influencing pricing.
- Review proposals, negotiate terms, select suppliers, and monitor order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders while maintaining comprehensive records.
- Conduct market assessments and develop long-term agreements aligned with business strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to address customer needs effectively.
- Oversee supply planning by analyzing inventory levels and validating forecasts.
- Prepare and negotiate supplier agreements to maximize savings opportunities.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with aerospace compliance and regulations is preferred.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Additional certifications in production and inventory management are advantageous.
