Job Summary

This Manufacturing Engineer role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the manufacturing processes and equipment within the Operations team at ITW. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with experience in process improvement and equipment optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process and equipment issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Conduct ongoing analyses of products and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
