Shift/Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time - Night Shift

The licensed registered nurse is a professional responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical care to assigned patients by utilizing the nursing process. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with established ethical and cultural standards of nursing practice, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. It is essential to demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in every interaction with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues, regardless of their cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

Education, Credentials, Licenses:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice in the state of employment.
  • Meets continuing education requirements for licensure, including all state-mandated courses.
  • Educational focus enhances nurses' capability to perform in the assigned clinical area.
Specialized Knowledge:
  • Possesses knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, policies, and proficiency in medication administration calculations.
  • Capable of independently executing safe nursing skills and procedures.
Experience Requirements:
  • Successful completion of preceptorship and orientation to the facility and clinical area.
  • Able to think critically and solve problems in both routine and emergency scenarios.
