Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity at Rolla Public Schools

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in delivering high-quality speech and language services to our students.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to help students develop essential communication skills for academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students with communication challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
  • Work with parents and caregivers to educate them about speech and language development and therapy techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on student goals and services.
  • Support students with diverse communication disorders.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and trends.

Compensation Package: Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
