About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality culinary care in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and serving to residents according to their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Clean dining areas and utensils as assigned to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to provide exceptional resident care.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in a healthcare or service environment is preferred.
  • Compassionate and enthusiastic personality.
