Job Title: Traveling Cardiovascular Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team as a Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist in a 13-week assignment.

Job Summary:

This is a Traveling Allied Health Professional opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various medical imaging procedures, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and other diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform medical imaging procedures, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and other diagnostic tests.
  • Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including echocardiogram machines and stress test equipment.
  • Prepare patients for medical imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists and radiologists, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a medical imaging department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
