Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide constructive feedback to management regarding products, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and other concerns.
- Participate in inventory counts as per guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of documents and data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelves; capable of lifting products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and navigate the store.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in operating a cash register accurately.
- Ability to safely use equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
- Capable of performing cleaning tasks to meet company standards.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Must meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
