Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide float coverage at various Spaulding Rehabilitation Network Outpatient Centers. As a float physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect understanding of patients' age and situation, including discharge plans.
  • Revised treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
  • Complete and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
  • Identify and act upon performance improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
  • Complete additional department, organization, or network activities as established objectives.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • 3 years of experience as a licensed PT.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • A valid Driver's License.

  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
  • Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them.
  • High level of service delivery.
