Role Overview:
In this position, you will collaborate with clinical departments to ensure that clinical workflows are effectively managed through the clinical systems utilized for patient care.
Your responsibilities will include defining, analyzing, and modifying clinical workflows to facilitate the implementation and effective use of the eCW Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other clinical IT systems.
You will also provide support for all IT systems beyond the EMR as required, assist with the Break/Fix aspects of the eCW EMR systems, and offer first-contact chat support while creating tickets aimed at resolving IT issues on the first call.
Additionally, you will assist our EMR vendor (eCW) with ticket creation and resolution, maintain our internal knowledge base, and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field or role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities are required.
- Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is necessary.
