Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model, and oversee a team of about 7-8 clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy for children aged 2-6
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model
  • Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients
  • Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
