Ultrasound Specialist

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Specialist to join our team in Grapevine, Texas.

As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures, maintaining production and quality standards, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will have experience in ultrasound procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and infection control practices.

• Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures according to established protocols
• Maintain production and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of exams
• Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, exam results, and follow-up instructions
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and new technologies

• ARRT-BS Breast Sonography certification or equivalent
• Experience in ultrasound procedures, preferably in a hospital or medical imaging setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain accurate and detailed records

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
