About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Coldwater. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our guests, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including medication administration and health education.
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Assess guest health status and notify physicians of changes, promptly implementing new orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each guest.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
