Job Description

Adamas Building Services is seeking a skilled Handy Porter to join our team.

We are looking for a well-organized individual who can complete work orders and maintain the cleanliness and detail of our luxury residential building, both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning responsibilities, including daily and weekly tasks.
  • Ensure the building's common areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform window cleaning and other exterior maintenance tasks.
  • Remove trash and recyclables on scheduled collection days.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.
  • Uniforms provided for winter and summer seasons.
