Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary to support operational needs.
- Conduct quality control assessments across various properties to ensure standards are met.
- Engage in direct communication with clients through meetings and interactions to address their needs.
- Develop and manage utility schedules to optimize resource usage.
- Perform safety inspections and lead safety meetings to promote a secure working environment.
- Manage daily work orders and ensure timely completion by the team.
- Coordinate special projects and requests as they arise.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance sector.
- Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to implement processes that drive improvements.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, managing personnel.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment, including carpet extraction and floor refinishing.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- A valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
