Job Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and cooking our residents' favorite dishes from scratch while also contributing innovative ideas for our menu.

This is an On-Call role with no late-night shifts.

Compensation: $22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to residents by inspiring and guiding team members to deliver prompt, friendly, and exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and cook all meals in accordance with recipes and quality standards, including daily specials and grill service.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all safety and sanitation regulations set by government and company guidelines.
  • Review planned meals and accommodate special dietary requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on popular menu items.
  • Understand and implement dietary restrictions and modifications.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in scratch cooking is required.
  • Previous experience in Corporate Dining, Senior Living, or Country Club settings is preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus.
