Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients and their families to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with patients and their families to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current licensure or certification in respective field required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an inpatient healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
