Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Assistant to join our team at THINK Together. The successful candidate will provide excellent student services, including site and material preparation, data entry, scheduling, student record keeping, and managing payment portals. This is a part-time position that requires a friendly and supportive attitude when working with children and adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Coordinator with scheduling, student check-in and sign-out processes.
  • Interact with parents during drop-off and pick-up periods.
  • Organize and prepare educational materials, store and check resources, and organize materials for students and teachers.
  • Enter information into various spreadsheets, forms, and records, following instructions regarding the protection of personal information.
  • Keep records for various aspects of the Think programs, such as attendance records.
  • Assist with payment portal management and program fee tracking (if applicable).
  • Coordinate the snack program, including ordering, checking in, and inventorying food products, dispensing snacks, and keeping records and entering data.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing, as needed.
  • Assist with room clean-up as needed or requested.
  • Supervise students and staff in the absence of the Site Coordinator.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Site Coordinator.
  • Assist with coaching and training of staff and volunteers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 48 College Units or 60 college quarter units.
  • Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
  • Must clear TB and Fingerprint check (Livescan).
  • Must be available during school hours.
Background Checks/Testing:
  • Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
  • Provide a clear TB test.
