We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at New River Electrical Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing budget, forecast and actual results, and providing guidance for organizational decision making.

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support organizational decision making.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze budget, forecast and actual results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial plans to support organizational goals and objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
• Skills: Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Vista.
• Personal Qualities: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
