  2. Utilize appropriate food handling techniques to maintain safety and hygiene.
  3. Responsible for cleaning, stacking, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring that broken or chipped items are removed from service.
  4. Transport and store kitchenware effectively, ensuring a sufficient supply of clean and sanitized items for meal preparation and service.
  5. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including the dish machine and trash receptacles, while completing assigned cleaning tasks.
  6. Support the cook in preparing and serving meals tailored to various dietary needs, following planned menus and portion control.
  7. Assemble meal trays accurately, checking for dietary compliance and quality before delivery.
  8. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in healthcare food service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills: Training in Food and Nutrition is preferred.
