Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental goals, budgets, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee labor cost management through effective scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping and maintenance staff based on operational needs.
  • Provide training and supervision to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
  • A high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the primary language of the workplace.
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of property management systems.
